About the Role:
We are hiring a visionary Product Owner with deep Transaction Banking expertise to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of our next-generation digital banking platform for corporates. This role owns the full product lifecycle across Web, Mobile, API, and Host-to-Host (H2H) channels and serves as the bridge between business, technology, and global banking operations.
You will drive innovation across core transaction banking products such as cash management, collections, liquidity, virtual accounts, and domestic/international payments, while enabling seamless corporate onboarding and adoption through modern, API-led digital interfaces.
This is a high-impact opportunity to shape how Transaction Banking evolves across India, UAE, KSA, Egypt, and beyond.
Key Responsibilities What Youll Drive
- Take complete ownership of the Transaction Banking product suite focused on Corporate Digital Channels
- Define product vision and drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and feature delivery in Agile squads
- Create and prioritize user stories, epics, and release plans aligned with corporate client needs and transaction banking use cases
- Liaise with Cash Management, Liquidity, and Trade Finance teams to embed business goals into digital delivery
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Technology, Operations, Risk, Compliance, Treasury, and Sales
- Drive platform resiliency, technical debt reduction, and continuous improvement
- Lead multi-country enablement of payment systems (NEFT, RTGS, SWIFT MT103/101, ISO 20022, UAEFTS, SARIE, SADAD)
- Spearhead corporate onboarding journeys including setup of authorization matrices, file rules, API payloads, and entitlements
- Define and monitor KPIs around product performance, adoption, revenue impact, and operational efficiency
- Own vendor and platform relationships (Finacle Corporate, iGTB, BaNCS, Middleware/API Gateways)
Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 812 years of experience in BFSI or Fintech with strong focus on Transaction Banking
- At least 5 years of product ownership/management in areas like Cash Management, API Banking, Corporate Payments, or Channels
- Deep understanding of Corporate Banking workflows, client onboarding, collections, liquidity pooling, and payment formats
- Exposure to global standards like SWIFT MT, ISO 20022, and clearing systems across UAE, India, KSA, etc.
- Solid knowledge of digital platforms: Corporate Internet Banking, API Banking, H2H, and ERP integrations
- Proficient in crafting BRDs, FSDs, user stories, and participating in Agile ceremonies (Scrum/SAFe)
- Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments, product KPIs, and delivery roadmaps
Nice to Have
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe PO/PM
- Experience working with multi-entity, cross-border corporate clients
- Familiarity with Virtual Accounts, Liquidity Sweeps, Cash Pooling, and Treasury Ops
- Hands-on with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Postman (for API validation), and flowcharting tools
