Senior Rpa Developer Ui Path - Immediate Joiners @ R Systems

Job Description

• Candidate must possess relevant 3 to 5 years hands on experience in RPA tools (preferably UI Path or Automation Anywhere).
• Strong programming skills in .NET, VB.NET, C#, or Python.
• Experience in REST/SOAP APIs, SQL, JSON/XML, and Web Services.
• Familiarity with RPA orchestration tools (e.g., UiPath Orchestrator).
• Experience in bot lifecycle management, version control (e.g., Git), and CI/CD.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, agile methodologies, and documentation standards.
• Analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities, and assess feasibility.
• Design and develop RPA workflows using tools like UiPath / Automation Anywhere / Blue Prism.
• Lead end-to-end automation delivery including development, testing, deployment, and support.
• Create reusable components, libraries, and frameworks to accelerate automation development.
• Integrate RPA with various enterprise applications (SAP, CRM, APIs, databases, etc.).
• Collaborate with Business Analysts, Process Owners, and QA teams for requirement gathering and UAT.
• Provide technical mentorship and code reviews for junior developers.
• Ensure adherence to best practices in RPA development, security, exception handling, and documentation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and support bot maintenance activities.
• Contribute to RPA governance, standards, and process improvements.

Certifications.

• UiPath/Automation Anywhere Advanced Developer Certification.
• Experience with OCR technologies (e.g., ABBYY, Tesseract).
• Exposure to AI/ML model integration with RPA.
• Prior experience in managing a team or leading RPA projects.
• Experience with cloud-hosted RPA platforms (e.g., UiPath Automation Cloud, AA A2019 Cloud).
