• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements related to Life & Motor insurance products and processes.
• For Life Insurance - the candidate must have the experience of using Coherent Spark tool.
• Conduct comprehensive data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user stories.
• Knowledge in navigating Insurance software solutions, showcasing mastery in Hub operations encompassing New Business and Policy Servicing, Group Annuity processes, NPS procedures, AML validations, transaction surveys, underwriting, client code management, cancellation, grievance handling, and claims processing activities.
• Work closely with stakeholders to prioritize initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Assist in the development and execution of test plans and participate in testing activities.
• Provide support for system implementations, including user training and post-implementation support.
