Job Description
- As a Machine Learning Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and deploying cutting-edge ML models to drive impactful business outcomes. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with diverse teams, processing large datasets, implementing algorithms, deploying models in production environments, monitoring performance, and ensuring alignment with company objectives. You will be expected to design, develop, and optimize machine learning models for real-world applications, process and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights, and implement algorithms in Python using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn. Additionally, you will deploy and integrate models into production environments using APIs, cloud platforms, and MLOps best practices, monitor model performance, detect drift, and retrain models as necessary. Collaboration with data scientists, engineers, and business teams will be essential to align ML solutions with company goals. It is important to stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of the solutions developed. To qualify for this role, you should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field. Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn is required, along with hands-on experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model optimization. Experience deploying models to production using tools like Docker, Kubernetes, or cloud services is essential, as well as familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases. A solid understanding of statistics, probability, and machine learning fundamentals is expected, coupled with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Preferred qualifications include experience in NLP, Computer Vision, or Deep Learning, knowledge of CI/CD pipelines for ML models, and exposure to big data technologies like Apache Spark.
