Job Description
- As a Software Engineer - Machine Learning Engineer with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI (GenAI) in Airoli, Navi Mumbai, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning (ML) and natural language processing (NLP) models and solutions. Your role will involve building, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs and GenAI applications while writing, maintaining, and optimizing Python code for ML and NLP projects. Additionally, you will work with databases to collect, clean, and manage datasets for model training and evaluation, as well as deploy ML models and Python applications on public cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and deliver solutions will be a key aspect of your role. It would be beneficial to have experience supporting and implementing best practices for LLMOps, including monitoring and lifecycle management of LLM/GenAI models. To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in machine learning, NLP, or AI solution development. Proficiency in Python programming with at least 2 years of practical experience in ML/NLP solutions is essential. Additionally, you should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with LLM and GenAI technologies, as well as a minimum of 1 year of experience working with modern databases such as SQL or NoSQL. Cloud deployment experience on Azure or AWS is also required. Preferred skills for this position include familiarity with major ML/NLP libraries like scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch, spaCy, and Hugging Face Transformers. An understanding of software engineering best practices, version control, and model lifecycle management will be advantageous. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with effective communication and teamwork abilities, will help you succeed in this role.
