Job Description
- As an AI Engineer at Cyber Infrastructure (CIS) in Indore (WFO), you will utilize your expertise in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI, and Computer Vision to design, develop, and deploy advanced AI solutions that tackle complex business challenges and seamlessly integrate into production systems. You are expected to be proficient in frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras, with a strong skill set in NLP, LLMs, and Computer Vision. Your responsibilities will include designing, developing, and implementing AI/ML algorithms and models to address real-world business problems, collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems, and staying updated with advancements in AI, ML, and Deep Learning technologies. Additionally, you will be tasked with developing data pipelines and preprocessing workflows, monitoring and improving AI model performance and scalability, conducting experiments to enhance AI system capabilities, and deploying AI models in production environments. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and implement AI/ML algorithms and models to solve real-world business problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and applications. - Research and stay up-to-date with advancements in AI, ML, and Deep Learning technologies. - Develop data pipelines and preprocessing workflows for training and deployment. - Monitor, evaluate, and improve AI model performance and scalability. - Conduct experiments to validate hypotheses and enhance AI system capabilities. - Deploy AI models in production environments with data scientists, engineers, and product managers. - Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for AI models and processes. Minimum Requirements: - Strong experience with ML/DL frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras). - Proficiency in Python (mandatory) and familiarity with R or Java. - Hands-on experience in Deep Learning, NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning. - Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI model deployment. - Knowledge of MLOps tools and practices for deployment and monitoring. - Ability to work with large datasets and build scalable AI solutions. - Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Generative AI models and Large Language Models (LLMs). - Familiarity with server-side deployment and optimizing AI pipelines. - Innovative mindset with a passion for continuous learning. This role requires a Bachelor's degree/Masters (or equivalent) in computer science, mathematics, or a related field, and a minimum of 3-7 years of relevant experience.
