Job Description
- Answer customer queries and provide resolutions over the phone.
- Assist customers with product or service-related issues.
- Handle complaints, troubleshoot problems, and escalate cases when necessary.
- Maintain customer records and update databases.
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution.
- Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers.
- Pitch products or services and generate leads.
- Conduct surveys or gather feedback.
- Follow up with customers to complete sales or resolve concerns.
- Maintain call logs and update CRM systems.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Minimum 6 months/ 1 years of experience in BPO Industry (Freshers welcome if applicable).
