Job Description
- The role of a Senior Python Developer at OpenXcell, located in Ahmedabad, involves working full-time on-site with a team of developers to create robust and scalable software applications using Python and associated technologies. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, design software solutions, and work closely with architects to implement best practices. Your responsibilities will include optimizing code for performance and scalability, as well as mentoring junior developers. To qualify for this position, you should have a minimum of 3 years of hands-on development experience in Python and be familiar with Python frameworks like Django, Flask, Pyramid, and Tornado. Proficiency in front-end frameworks like Angular, React, and Vue.js is also required. Experience with containerization and cloud computing platforms such as Docker and AWS, as well as familiarity with software development tools like Git, JIRA, and Jenkins, are essential for this role. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is a prerequisite, along with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Previous experience with Agile development methodologies would be considered a plus.
