We are hiring Radiology Coding Specialists with expertise in assigning accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS codes for diagnostic and interventional radiology services. The role requires precision, compliance with coding guidelines, and strong knowledge of payer policies to ensure clean claim submissions and reduced denials.

 Key Responsibilities:

• Assign correct ICD-10, CPT, and HCPCS codes for radiology procedures and services.

• Review clinical documentation to ensure coding accuracy and completeness.

• Work with physicians and coders to clarify documentation as required.

• Ensure compliance with AAPC/AHIMA coding guidelines and payer-specific rules.

• Support denial management teams by correcting coding-related claim rejections.

• Maintain productivity and quality benchmarks in line with RCM requirements.

• Stay updated with the latest coding updates and payer regulations.

 Requirements:

• Graduate in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, or related field (preferred).

• 14 years of experience in Radiology Coding within US Healthcare/RCM.

• Strong knowledge of ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, and radiology-specific codes.

• Certification (CPC, COC, CCS, or equivalent) preferred.

• Good analytical and communication skills.
