Job Description
8+ years of experience in working on Active Directory and 6+ years of experience in Windows Administration, , MS cluster Administration, Networking, Performance Tuning, Patch Management, Windows Upgrades into production environment, including customer facing or customer support roles. The primary function of support consultants is to provide in-depth technical and technological expertise in their areas of focus, so that we can develop a genuinely customized solution for every customer. working at highest level with customers and managing large projects. Need to be flexible to work in shifts and work from Office
- Manages and leads a program involving one or more functions and project teams to drive the engineering development and implementation process for a subsystem or component of a product or service offering.
- Develops schedules, critical deliverables, budget, resource allocation plan, and other support requirements for assigned program.
- Manages activities of supporting engineering teams and internal and external development partners; ensures progress against established plan; and makes recommendations based on analysis of business and technical information to alter or update schedule and resource allocation to meet product requirements and business needs.
- Communicates program progress, escalations, and issue analysis to product stakeholders; collaborates with management and internal development partners to recommend and implement changes to product, processes, or business practices to resolve escalated issues, produce solutions, and ensure adherence to budgets and established product roadmaps and schedules
- Drives innovation and integration of new technologies and quality initiatives into projects and activities in the engineering organization.
- Evaluates program plans and guidelines for compliance with program management guidelines and standards; provides tangible feedback to improve overall program management quality and results for the organization.
- Leads and provides guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members to set an example of program management innovation and excellence.
What you need to bring:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Management, Engineering, Computer Sciences, or equivalent.
- PMP/PMI certification preferred.
- Typically 4-6 years experience.
Knowledge and Skills:
- Using project planning tools and software packages to create, manage, and track project results.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and directing matrixed teams and resources.
- Ability to create and manage program schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; mastery in English and local language.
- Ability to effectively communicate program plans, proposals, and results, and negotiate options at management levels.
