Head software design, development and testing within a team
Identify and use business requirements to create development specifications
Ascertain requirements through direct communication with clients and share test results with them
Adopt and employ new technologies and development methodologies
Managing a team

Desired Candidate Profile:
Over 3+ years of experience in software development
Hands on experience on Microsoft technologies C#, ASP.NET, SQL, MVC, Web services, and related technologies
Rich knowledge of OOPs
Firm grip on Databases
Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
Must work well in a team
