Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to support our recruitment team. This internship offers hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes and provides an opportunity to learn about sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates in a fast-paced corporate environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing candidates from job portals, LinkedIn and internal databases
  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports
  • Support in drafting job descriptions and posting jobs on various platforms
  • Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules and follow-ups
  • Assist in onboarding documentation and pre-joining formalities
  • Maintain candidate databases and HR MISRole & responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and basic knowledge of ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) is a plus
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn
