Key Responsibilities
1. Plan, design, and implement sap system upgrades to s/4hana, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum system efficiency.
2. Lead and execute migration activities, including data migration, configuration, and postmigration support.
3. Collaborate with cross functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during the upgrade and migration process.
4. Perform system monitoring, performance tuning, and optimization to enhance the overall sap system functionality.
5. Develop and maintain documentation related to sap basis activities, best practices, and standard operating procedures.
6. Stay updated on the latest sap technologies and recommend innovative solutions to optimize sap landscape.
Skill Requirements
1. In-depth knowledge of sap basis administration, with a focus on s/4hana upgrade and migration.
2. Proficiency in sap system upgrades, migrations, and system landscape transformations.
3. Strong understanding of sap architecture, system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
4. Experience in working with sap solution manager for system administration and monitoring.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders and team members.
6. Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and deliver high-quality results within set deadlines.
