Job Description

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with process mapping experience (e.g., BPMN, flowcharts)

- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, or BI tools)

- Solid understanding of business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities

We are seeking an intermediate-level Business/Process Analyst to support operational efficiency and continuous improvement across the organization. This role involves analyzing existing business processes, identifying inefficiencies or gaps, and working with stakeholders to design and implement effective solutions. The analyst will also play a key role in documenting processes, gathering requirements for system or workflow changes, and ensuring that improvements align with business goals.

The ideal candidate has a strong analytical mindset, understands core business functions, and is comfortable collaborating across departments to drive process enhancements. Experience with process modeling, data interpretation, and change management is essential.
