Job Description

Role of Customer Service-Operations

We are seeking dedicated professionals to join our customer service operations team. This role involves managing client interactions, ensuring high-quality service delivery, and continuously improving processes to enhance customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently and effectively.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
  • Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.
  • Relevant years of work experience in customer service or operations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Preferred skills

  • Experience in process improvement methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and empathy.
