Job Description

This position is ideal for a recent engineering or management graduate with analytical mind or an individual with prior experience in a similar role who is eager to take on their next challenge.

Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to

Enhance sales processes adoption for efficiency and data accuracy.
Collaborate with finance, marketing, and sales teams to ensure quality sales and customer data in CRM and other systems.
Provide operational support to Sales, Marketing and Finance teams to how to use systems.
Analyse data, create reports, continuously improve data quality and maintain data accuracy.
Advise sales team and other users about on opportunity management.
Assist sales team with bookings closure requests and associated legal processes.
Assist sales team with needs related to processing through internal systems and steps in using Salesforce CRM.
Identify reporting issues, gaps in
