Role Overview:

Were looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our dynamic team. Youll play a critical role in driving new customer acquisition by validating and nurturing leads, managing multichannel outreach campaigns, and contributing directly to our revenue growth.

Youll report to the Sales Development Team Lead and work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to qualify leads and support seamless lead handovers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound lead generation efforts across multiple channels (phone, email, web, etc.)
  • Validate, nurture, and track leads in the company CRM with accuracy and completeness.
  • Drive customer acquisition goals with a focus on achieving 30% YoY growth in new customers.
  • Support integrated sales and marketing campaigns to boost lead engagement and reduce churn.
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure effective lead conversion and campaign execution.
  • Maintain high-quality data hygiene in CRM systems.
  • Monitor and escalate customer issues, risks, and feedback to the Product and Sales teams.
  • Assist in the execution of digital campaigns, events, and partner initiatives to drive conversions.

What Youll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 13 years of experience in sales development, business development, or inside sales.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills (written and verbal).
  • Passion for customer success and digital technologies.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and digital marketing techniques.
  • Self-driven with excellent time management and multitasking skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in English (additional languages a plus).

Travel Requirement:

This is an office-based role with daily reporting.

Excellent verbal expression and online relationship building skills

Enthusiasm and positive attitude: passion for helping customers succeed is required

Ability to obtain sales-level understanding of numerous complex products and pricing

Flexibility in scheduling, due to different time zones and locations

A problem-solving mindset

Marketing Skills for execution of digital campaigns and physical events and trade shows

Support partners for customer approach strategies and hand hold them for lead conversion

Passion for digital techniques and technologies.

Advanced English Skill and a Native Language (as required)

Expert in outbound Customer Service Orientation

Focus on the Process Sales flow and sales techniques

Excellent in sales skills
