We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Manager- Instructional Design.
Responsibilities
- Create training content for all forms of training: eLearning, ILT, vILT, videos, SOPs.
- Communicate effectively in oral and written form.
- Write according to the learner needs and characteristics.
- Write clear, concise, and grammatically correct messages.
- Ideate content structure and design basis provided content strategy.
- Handle customer communication and SME interactions.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications we seek in you.
Graduate with 5+ years of experience working on learning projects alone and/or with a team.
Essential skills:
- Bachelors degree in English, communications, or related discipline.
- Knowledge of Instructional design and Strategies.
- Exceptional comprehension, writing and research skill.
- Knowledge of Instructional design and Strategies.
- Communication skills ability to interact with clients, team members of the project team.
- Ability to work independently and with a team to meet deadlines.
Technical skills:
- Working knowledge of rapid authoring tools like Articulate
- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Type of Experience (Not mandate)
- Analysis and design of learning projects
