 Sales Support Analyst

Job Description

Key responsibilities will include, but not limited to

  • Assist sales team with needs related to processing through internal systems and processes in using Salesforce.
  • Provide timely sales analytics including pipeline analysis, forecasting and sales productivity.
  • Participate in process and system improvement as and when required.
  • Work with key stakeholders to improve efficiencies through refining processes, tools and utilising sales systems optimally.
  • Identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution.
  • Prepare ad hoc analysis and participate on projects as needed.
  • Manage data quality, sales efficiency and sales automation and identify reporting issues, gaps in processes, and drive timely resolution.
  • Help in highlighting problems on the horizon regarding Forecast and Forecasted Deals
  • Develop and help define sales KPIs for the European sales team.
  • Utilise our systems to automate our reporting where possible, enabling live real-time data on dash boards.
  • Work on other strategic sales initiatives as and when required.

Qualification and Work Experience

Professional

  • 2+ years of working experience in supporting enterprise / large services sales teams.
  • Hands-on expertise in Microsoft 365 Suite of applications specially PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong quantitative and analytical ability and applied knowledge of finance, accounting, and statistics.
  • Interest and experience in the areas of analytics, data management, operations, reporting, and production of summary reports and analysis.

Personal

  • Strong interpersonal skill and an ability to work under pressure during European business hours.
  • Must have a can do attitude and have an internal strong sense of urgency.
  • Passion for data quality, drive for self-initiative and ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • High sense of urgency and ability to adapt to changing environments.
  • Thrives in a complex, multi-cultural global matrixed organisation.
  • Ability to drive tasks to completion by taking full ownership.
  • Be creative, think of things we have not thought of.
