Job Description
Overview: The Lead Engineer will be responsible for leading the design, development, and implementation of robust and scalable web applications using .NET, Angular, and SQL Server technologies. This role involves technical leadership, team mentorship, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions in an Agile environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design to deployment and support, for applications built with .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.
- Architect and design scalable, secure, and performant solutions, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
- Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and ensure code quality and maintainability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product owners, architects, and QA, to define requirements and deliver solutions.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables, ensuring timely and successful project completion.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating relevant advancements into the development process.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability, including database performance tuning.
- Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing within the team.
