Job Description

Looking for Immediate Joiners

The Service Delivery is responsible for overseeing the successful implementation of technology solutions within banking programs, including digital services, payment platforms, regulatory compliance, and cybersecurity for a given account.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Oversight:

Manage a portfolio of complex projects /programs(digital transformation, open banking, regulatory compliance such as Basel III or GDPR).

Monitor performance indicators, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.

Team Management:

Lead cross-functional teams including project managers, architects, developers, and business analysts.

Foster a culture of performance, continuous improvement, and customer service.

Communication and Coordination:

Act as the main point of contact for business units and international entities.

Provide clear reporting on program progress, risks, and deliverables.

Process and Quality:

Ensure the adoption of best delivery practices (Agile/Scrum, ITIL, DevOps) tailored to the banking environment.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements.

Budgeting and Planning:

Manage IT project budgets and optimize the use of internal and external resources.

Assess future capacity needs (scalability, technological innovation).

Requirements:

Education:

University degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Management.

An MBA or certification in project management (PMP, Prince2, SAFe) is a plus.

Experience:

At least 15 years of experience in IT project or program management, with a minimum of 5 to 10 years in the banking sector.

Proven track record in regulated environments and digital transformation.

Technical and Business Skills:

knowledge of banking systems (core banking, payments, risk, compliance) good to have

Proficiency in Agile, DevOps, and ITIL methodologies.
