Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect with 10+ years of experience in software development and AI/ML, including 5+ years in Generative AI and Azure ML, with hands on experience in designing and deployment of scalable AI solutions, drive innovation, and collaborate across teams to integrate cutting-edge technologies into business processes.
Responsibilities & Skills:
- Architect and implement AI solutions using Generative AI, ML, and Azure ML aligned with business goals.
- Lead development of Generative AI models (e.g., GPT, DALLE, BERT) for NLP, computer vision, and automation.
- Expert in Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn); strong understanding of learning techniques.
- Hands-on experience with Azure ML, Azure AI Services, Data Lake, Databricks, and MLOps via Azure DevOps.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior engineers to foster innovation and best practices.
- Advise leadership on AI strategy, emerging technologies, and scalable architecture.
- Define data strategy for AI/ML, ensuring governance, security, and compliance.
- Stay ahead of AI trends and prototype new solutions for continuous improvement.
- Engage with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Experience with AWS/GCP, hybrid cloud, CI/CD for ML, and certifications in Azure AI/Architect.
- Familiarity with NLP, computer vision, and reinforcement learning.
- Proven track record in AI/ML solution architecture and cloud-native deployments.
- Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelors/Masters in Computer Science or related field; Ph.D. preferred.
