Solution Architect- BRIM(CC) @ HCLTech

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP BRIM CC Consultant. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in configuring, implementing, and supporting SAP Billing and Revenue Innovation Management (BRIM) solutions, with a strong focus on Convergent Charging (CC). This role is critical for enabling subscription-based business models and ensuring seamless integration across SAP BRIM modules.

Role & Responsibilities

• Configure and implement SAP BRIM modules including Convergent Charging (CC), Convergent Invoicing (CI), Subscription Order Management (SOM), to support subscription-based business models.
• Provide both technical and functional support, including issue troubleshooting and resolution within the SAP BRIM environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business users, IT, and stakeholders to gather requirements, address incidents, and implement system enhancements.
• Demonstrate strong understanding of SAP BRIM architecture and integration points across modules.
• Utilize ABAP debugging and basic Java programming skills to support custom developments and resolve technical issues.
• Participate in system testing, documentation, and user training to ensure successful deployment and adoption.
• Stay updated with SAP best practices and innovations in the BRIM space to recommend improvements and optimizations.
