Roles and Responsibilities:
Implementation and management of QA processes
Leadership skills in managing QA teams
Good knowledge of latest SQA processes helping teams adopt them quickly
Defining QA strategies for projects and client engagements
Excellent influencing and negotiation skills
Flexible with the ability to and work under pressure.
QA Management experience across multiple projects, off-shore and in-house
Required Knowledge and Skills
8+ Years of relevant testing experience including both manual and automated testing of web/mobile applications
Strong written and communication skills with all the key stakeholders to ensure QA vision is understood and implemented correctly
Very Good knowledge of functional, system, security and performance testing and use of automation tools for the same
Experience in agile software testing
Understanding of QA metrics and reporting
Analyzing the requirements for multi-tier architected web/mobile applications from industry standard design documents
