Experience Required: 7+ years

Key Responsibilities:

• Dynamics CRM Online Experience: Minimum of 7 years hands-on experience working with Dynamics CRM Online. Expertise in customizing and configuring Dynamics CRM 365 is essential.
• CTI Integration (Bucher Suter or similar tools): Advantageous experience integrating with CTI systems.
• Omni Channel for Customer Service: Preferred experience with implementing and managing Omni Channel solutions within Dynamics CRM.
• Azure DevOps CI/CD Deployment: Strong hands-on experience with continuous integration and deployment using Azure DevOps.
• Azure API Management: Experience with managing and deploying APIs in Azure.
• Azure Application Insights: Familiarity with implementing and leveraging Azure Application Insights for monitoring and diagnostics.
• Power Automate: Proven hands-on experience with Power Automate for creating workflows and automation within the Dynamics CRM environment.
• Custom Workflow Activities, Plugins: Proficiency in developing custom workflows and plugins for Dynamics CRM.
• Third-Party Application Integration: Essential experience in integrating third-party applications with Dynamics CRM 365.
• Power App Portal: Experience with Power App Portal is a plus.
• Customer Service Workspace (app): Mandatory experience with Customer Service Workspace app.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics CRM architecture and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
