Job Description

Analyze historical data and trends to forecast staffing requirements.
Monitor real-time performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
Collaborate with operations and HR teams to align workforce planning with business goals.
Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track workforce KPIs.
Identify staffing gaps and recommend solutions to improve utilization.
Support initiatives related to capacity planning, shrinkage analysis, and headcount optimization.
Assist in the deployment and enhancement of workforce management tools.
Provide regular updates to leadership on workforce performance and trends.
