Job Description

• Analyze historical data and trends to forecast staffing requirements.
• Monitor real-time performance metrics and provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with operations and HR teams to align workforce planning with business goals.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track workforce KPIs.
• Identify staffing gaps and recommend solutions to improve utilization.
• Support initiatives related to capacity planning, shrinkage analysis, and headcount optimization.
• Assist in the deployment and enhancement of workforce management tools.
• Provide regular updates to leadership on workforce performance and trends.
