- Lawson S3 version 9.0.1 and greater.
- Worked in a Techno Functional role.
- Worked on Infor Process Automation Administration
- Landmark Administration and Application Troubleshooting (global HR/LTM/Finance/SCM).
- Provide Lawson/Infor ERP day-to-day support and technical/functional assistance across multiple platforms.
- Test and deploy the Infor Lawson system, including executing the pilot/implementation/deployment of new requirements or enhancements to the Infor Lawson application and integration support.
- Experienced in database, data analysis and supporting database activities.
- Role will serve as a technical expert for the Lawson environment and will work closely with business users to interpret designs into functional requirements and technical designs to deliver solutions.
- Worked with End users to determine business requirements and identify opportunities to improve the functionality of the Lawson ERP System.
- Consulted, implemented, and upgraded projects in the Lawson Application Suites of Financials and Human Resources, including technical knowledge, Lawson installations, upgrade software installations, Lawson's cyclical installations and "hand-applied" patches.
- Experience in working closely with IT Infrastructure teams to ensure coordinated deployment of connectivity/networking, hardware, and overall functionality needed to support the technical requirements of Lawson and overall operational workflow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and connectivity problems, including user access and component configuration, maintenance of security and general support of complex systems.
- Reviewed errors and EDI transaction reports and analysed information for trends.
- Infor Lawson Add-ins, Process flow (IPA / PFA) installations, patching, troubleshooting, and
maintenance.
- Security administrator of the Lawson System, maintained and made recommendations for security access to all modules of the Lawson application.
- WebSphere installation, administration, and configuration.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and analytical skills and a quick learner.
- Worked on Lawson Business Intelligence reporting.
- Adapted to new processes and technologies.
