Job Description
Solution Architect with deep expertise in designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions using technologies such as Java, Kafka, Golang, and PHP. The ideal candidate should possess strong architectural thinking, hands-on technical skills, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams through complex solutioning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end solution architecture for enterprise-grade applications.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Design scalable, secure, and maintainable architectures using Java, Kafka, Golang, and PHP.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to development teams.
- Conduct architecture reviews, code walkthroughs, and performance tuning.
- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards and best practices.
- Support pre-sales activities including RFP responses and client presentations.
- Work closely with DevOps and infrastructure teams to ensure smooth deployment and integration.
Technical Skills (Required):
- Java (Spring Boot, Microservices) Expert level
- Apache Kafka Strong experience in event-driven architecture
- Golang Working knowledge or hands-on experience
- PHP Familiarity or technical know-how
- Cloud Platforms AWS, Azure, or GCP (at least one)
- API Design & Integration RESTful services, GraphQL
- Database SQL and NoSQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB)
- CI/CD & DevOps Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes
- Architecture Patterns Microservices, Serverless, Event-Driven
Soft Skills (Mandatory):
- Excellent Communication Skills Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Leadership & Mentoring Experience in guiding teams and resolving conflicts.
- Problem-Solving Mindset Proactive in identifying issues and proposing solutions.
- Stakeholder Management Comfortable interacting with senior leadership and clients.
- Adaptability Ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- Collaboration Strong team player with cross-functional coordination skills.
