12+ years of experience in digital marketing technologies and at least 4-5 years of experience in Optimizely web experimentation.
Optimizely Experience:
----------------------
--Design and set up A/B tests, multivariate tests, and personalization campaigns using Optimizely Web and Feature Experimentation.
--Define hypotheses, KPIs, and success metrics for experiments in collaboration with product managers, UX designers, and developers.
--Monitor test performance, perform interim and final analyses, and communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
--Ensure the accuracy of experiment implementation through QA and debugging.
--Collaborate with developers to integrate tracking requirements and data layers as needed.
--Document learnings and contribute to the experimentation knowledge base.
--Stay current with experimentation best practices and new Optimizely capabilities.
--Strong skills in A/B testing, statistical analysis, and interpreting test results.
--Proficiency in web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
--Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript debugging (preferred).
Google Analytics Reports:

--Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and automated insights for various stakeholders using Google Analytics.
--Perform deep-dive analyses to uncover user behavior trends, funnel drop-offs, and conversion optimizations.
--Advanced knowledge of GA4 properties, events, custom dimensions, BigQuery exports, and GA4 Explore.
--Present clear, actionable findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
--Experience in writing SQL queries in BigQuery
