Automation Lead-Power Automate/RPA @ HCLTech

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Automation Lead to drive enterprise automation initiatives using platforms like Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or UiPath. The role involves leading a team, collaborating with stakeholders, and delivering scalable automation solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of automation projects.
• Manage and mentor RPA developers and analysts.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to identify automation opportunities.
• Design scalable and maintainable automation workflows.
• Ensure compliance with governance and coding standards.
• Troubleshoot complex automation issues and provide technical guidance.
• Maintain documentation and support knowledge sharing.
• Evaluate new tools and technologies to enhance automation capabilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors in Computer Science or related field.
• 10+ years in IT, with 4+ years in RPA leadership.
• Hands-on experience with Automation Anywhere, Power Automate, or UiPath.
• Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, JavaScript, VBScript).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
