Business Development Manager (Govt/Public Sector - ISV/Tech DPI Innovation, Delhi NCR)

Seeking a driven Business Development Manager (5-10 yrs exp.) to expand our presence in the Government & Public Sector, Delhi NCR (Noida/Gurgaon). This is an office-based role. We're looking for someone with an understanding of ISV/software businesses, technology innovation, and experience in the Digital Public Infrastructure (DPI) space.


Key Focus:

Govt/Public sector business development with a focus on ISV/software solutions and DPI.

Relationship building with key stakeholders including hyperscalers.

Proposal development & strategic partnerships for technology innovation in government.

Consulting mindset, bridging tech & public sector needs.

Requirements:


5-10 years experience in Government/Public sector BD, ideally with ISV/software & DPI exposure.

Understanding of public procurement, technology innovation, and DPI implementation.

Strong communication & negotiation skills, with a tech-savvy approach.

Office based role (Noida/Gurgaon) with travel.
