Roles & Responsibilities for Customer Support Role:

• Processing Order request received through email or on calls.
• Handle inbound calls and assist customer with their queries related to their orders
• Respond to customer email queries related to their orders and accounts
• Review pending orders and follow-up with internal teams to fulfill the orders

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
• For International Customer Service Minimum 1 year of experience required.
• Must be a Graduate.
• Comfortable working in 24x7 US shifts.
