Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in BPO industry or related field.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi and Telugu languages .
Proficiency in domestic telecalling processes and procedures.
Ability to work effectively under pressure handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
