Job Description
Summary of the profile:
Solves organizational information problems and business challenges by leading requirement analysis, designing system workflows, recommending process improvements, and aligning stakeholder needs with strategic goals.
What you'll do here:
- Define project scope, milestones, and budget; form project teams and translate business needs into actionable requirements.
- Track project progress, resolve issues, publish progress reports, and recommend corrective actions.
- Liaise with stakeholders to collect requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Develop and update system protocols, user documentation, business flows, use cases, and specifications.
- Provide user support, conduct training sessions, and maintain help documentation.
- Analyze data trends, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain system security and user data confidentiality.
- Attend workshops, read publications, and adopt new BA tools and practices.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful project outcomes.
What you will need to thrive:
- Experience ranging 3-5 years
- Software Design, Software Documentation, Software Development Process, Software Requirements, Analysing Information, Teamwork, Software Maintenance, Written Communication, Promoting Process Improvement.
- Evaluate business functions and define operational objectives using structured analysis.
- Use tools and techniques to design workflows, document systems, and support development teams.
- Promote continuous improvement initiatives within business and technical processes.
- Maintain and demonstrate professional knowledge (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA).
- Prepare and present findings, trends, and proposals clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Guide junior BAs (e.g., Associates), contribute to peer reviews, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration
