Job Description
Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced SAP Solutions Architect with 12+ years of hands-on experience in functional and technical solutions across multiple modules. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP implementations, upgrades, and S/4HANA transformations, with excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and architect end-to-end SAP solutions, leveraging enterprise architecture principles and SAP best practices.
- Lead cross-functional teams of functional, technical, security, and basis consultants to deliver ERP solutions and design business processes.
- Develop and present solution design presentations to customers, ensuring sign-off and stakeholder buy-in.
- Collaborate with project managers to manage scope, issues, and risks, ensuring timely and successful project delivery.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise on SAP implementation methodologies, tools, and accelerators.
Requirements:
- 12+ years of hands-on experience in SAP functional and technical solutions, with expertise across multiple modules.
- 5+ SAP implementation, upgrade, or S/4HANA transformation project delivery experiences, with at least one global rollout project experience.
- Excellent understanding of enterprise architecture and SAP on-premises and cloud deployment options.
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and comprehension skills.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud or On-Premise editions.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP Cloud Platform.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
- Experience with SAP Activate or other SAP implementation methodologies.
