The Role
Actian is looking for a capable Web Producer to join the Web Communications and SEO team. This individual will be responsible for overseeing content updates to the Actian.com and Zeenea.com websites, managing a variety of requests from a variety of different stakeholders that will primarily include publishing new content, building landing pages, and optimizing site experiences. This Web Producer will work closely with web, design and SEO leads to ensure all pages maintain quality standards. They will be customer-service oriented with amazing communications skills and an ability to juggle multiple projects and priorities. They are expected to follow all security protocols and produce mistake-free work.

Responsibilities
- Manage WordPress on a day-to-day basis updating content, imagery, and building new site experiences for various stakeholders throughout the organization for two websites (Actian.com, Zeenea.com)
- Intake web requests, prioritize them, then act.
- Examples of work often requested include staging and creating new pages, retiring old pages, editing, and fixing content issues, updating broken links, adding and retiring, resource assets, adding customers and customer stories, adding, and retiring events, redirecting pages, and ensuring SEO
- Partner with cross-functional teams of technology, marketers, copywriters, web designer, partner marketers, product marketing managers, HR, recruiting, legal, IT, and sales folks to improve their website sections
- Create and adhere to reasonable Service level agreements (SLAs), so that work timelines get communicated and completed in a timely fashion
- Ensure digital and SEO best practices for the web are applied to every update made
- Provide error-free work
Requirements
- 3+ years of WordPress experience, or similar CMS
- Excellent writing and editing skills across digital platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work quickly, coordinate multiple work streams and prioritize under deadlines while maintaining accuracy
- Demonstrated ability of strong customer relationship skills and problem resolution
- Editorial and operational skills with a deep understanding of the role the web plays in supporting marketing
- Initiative, a sense of urgency, excellent communication, and a can do attitude
- Enthusiasm for challenges and strong work ethic
- An understanding of SEO best practices, and familiarity with Yoast
- Self-directed with excellent organizational skills
- Experience with Divy, a plus
- Bachelors degree in Design or related field, or equivalent experience
