Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Developer with a strong background in Java (Spring Boot) on the backend and ReactJS on the frontend. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise-grade applications while working in a fast-paced, agile environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Java (Spring Boot) and ReactJS.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, and other developers to define application features and requirements.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code with a strong focus on performance and scalability.
- Develop RESTful APIs and integrate with third-party APIs or services.
- Participate in code reviews, debugging, and troubleshooting of production issues.
- Ensure best practices in software development including test-driven development, CI/CD, and automated testing.
- Work with DevOps teams to manage cloud deployments and containerized services (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to knowledge sharing across the team.
Technical Skills Required:
Backend:
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate/JPA
- Experience with RESTful API design and integration
- Proficient in Microservices Architecture
Frontend:
- Hands-on experience with ReactJS, Redux, and modern JavaScript (ES6+)
- Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, SASS, Bootstrap, and responsive design principles
Database:
- Proficiency in SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle)
- Experience with NoSQL databases like MongoDB is a plus
Tools & Platforms:
- Version control with Git
- Build tools like Maven/Gradle
- CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions)
- Containerization with Docker, orchestration with Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS/Azure/GCP is an advantage
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- 8+ years of proven experience in full stack development with Java and React
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Nice to Have:
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Exposure to GraphQL, WebSockets
- Understanding of secure coding practices and performance optimization
