Work location: Hyderabad/Hybrid
Position: Mid Level WebLogic Administrator
Experience Required: 6+ years in Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies
Location: Hyderabad
Shift: Rotational Shifts (including nights/weekends)Shift timings: 6:30 PM IST to 4 AM IST
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
1. Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Middleware technologies, including Oracle WebLogic Server, SOA Suite, B2B Trading Partner Configurations and related components.
2. Strong background in production support for high-availability and mission-critical environments.
3. Experience in installation, configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting of WebLogic domains and applications.
4. Proficient in monitoring, performance tuning, and log analysis to ensure optimal system performance.
5. Ability to work on incident, problem, and change management processes following ITIL best practices.
6. Skilled in applying patches, upgrades, and performing environment cloning.
7. Knowledge of JDBC, JMS, Data Sources, Security Realms, and SSL configurations.
8. Familiarity with Linux/Unix environments and scripting for automation and support tasks.
9. Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users.
10. Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays as per business needs.

1 . Oracle WebLogic Server -Installation, configuration, domain creation, deployments, patching, troubleshooting in production environments. 5+ yrs
2 Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA Suite, OSB)- Administration, deployment, monitoring, and troubleshooting of SOA composites and OSB services. 5+ yrs
3 Production Support (24x7) - Incident, problem, and change management in mission-critical environments. 5+ yrs
4 JDBC, JMS, Security Realms, SSL Configurations- Setup and management of data sources, messaging services, security realms, certificates, and SSL. 5+ yrs
5. Performance Tuning & Monitoring- Log analysis, JVM tuning, and system optimization for better throughput and availability.- 5+ yrs
6. Linux/Unix Administration & Scripting- Shell scripting for automation, server monitoring, and routine maintenance tasks. 3 yrs
7. B2B TPA Configuration -Setup, configuration, and maintenance of B2B and Trading Partner Agreements.-5+ yrs
8. OEM 13c- Oracle Enterprise Manager 13c monitoring- 5+ yrs
9. Service Now - Incident, change, and problem ticket management using ServiceNow platform. -5+ yrs
10. Patching & Upgrades -Applying patches, upgrades, and performing environment cloning with minimal downtime.- 5+ yrs
11 IBM UCD and UCR- Creating applications and templates on UCD, Creating Release Plans in UCR- 2 yrs
12. Shift Flexibility and Working in hybrid model. Willingness to work in 24x7 rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays in hybrid working model. Non negotiable
