#Location: BangaloreContact Person: Kalaivani T/Hema Lathahashtag#JobDescription in detail: Reviewing customer specifications and project requirements for designing #MechanicalAuxiliaries.
Collaborating with external engineering suppliers in creation & review of basic #engineeringdrawings & #3Dmodels of various Mechanical Auxiliaries items.
Performing #Structural analysis of baseplates, foundation loads, lifting analysis, offshore 3-point mounts using FEA tools like Ansys. (Static and dynamic analysis).
Creation of Piping line specification, including #materialselection & valves selection.
Working on #pipingsystems, route definition, support definition and layout finalization for skid piping /plant piping and nozzle loading.
Design/sizing of #lubeoil tank and selection of #Lubeoilsystem components like pumps, motors, filters, accumulators, rundown tanks, coolers and pressure control valves.
Design of #skidpackaging with due consideration to ergonomics, accessibility, and maintenance including acoustic enclosures / walkways & ladders.
Responsible for the design of various external #BOP skids that include Oil mist eliminators, Fuel gas valve skids & scrubbers, Liquid fuel, Atomizing & Purge air skids, #Sealgas treatment skids, Oil clarifiers etc. in collaboration with external OEM vendors.
Support sourcing for technical alignment of vendors,
Participating in various design reviews, achieving positive cost productivity.
