SAP PP/QM Application Architect
Location: Bengaluru or Hyderabad

About the Role
We are looking for a highly experienced SAP PP/QM Application Architect to lead the design and delivery of SAP solutions in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). This is a strategic role requiring deep functional and technical expertise, strong leadership, and a proven track record in SAP S/4HANA transformations and global rollouts.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement end-to-end SAP PP/QM solutions using SAP best practices and enterprise architecture standards.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver integrated manufacturing and quality processes.
- Conduct workshops, gather requirements, and present solution designs to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with project managers to manage scope, risks, and timelines.
- Provide expert guidance on SAP PP/QM capabilities and implementation methodologies.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of SAP experience, with strong expertise in PP and QM modules.
- Minimum 5 full-cycle SAP implementations or upgrades, including S/4HANA.
- Experience in global rollout projects and multi-country deployments.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and quality control processes.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud or On-Premises.
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAPUI5, and SAP BTP.
- Knowledge of SAP Activate methodology.
- Exposure to MES integration and non-SAP quality platforms.
