Job Description

We are looking for dynamic, ambitious, and driven MBA freshers to join our Sales and Marketing team, focused on Enterprise Sales. As a Sales & Marketing Trainee, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with enterprise clients, supporting marketing campaigns, and utilizing AI tools to enhance customer targeting and engagement.


Responsibilities

I. Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and qualify potential enterprise clients through market research, outbound outreach, and AI-powered lead tools.

II. Client Engagement:

  • Build and nurture strong relationships with decision-makers at mid to large-scale enterprises.

III. Solution Selling:

  • Understand client needs and present tailored products or service offerings to solve their business challenges. Confidential | ANALEC

IV. AI Tool Utilization:

  • Leverage AI-driven CRM platforms, analytics tools, and customer segmentation software to enhance sales productivity and targeting.

V. Marketing Support:

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute email campaigns, webinars, and events targeted at enterprise clients.

VI. Reporting:

  • Track and analyze KPIs, sales pipeline, and campaign performance using CRM and BI dashboards.

Skill set Requirements

  • Education: MBA in Marketing, Sales, Business Administration or related field (mandatory).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with AI/ML concepts or tools (preferred).
  • High adaptability, eagerness to learn, and passion for sales and marketing.
  • Knowledge of B2B or enterprise sales cycle (advantageous but not required).
  • Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
