Job Description
Inviting applications for the role of Principal Consultant -Technical Lead- Java.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing solutions for Healthcare Business. You will function as a senior developer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use cases, to transform them into an effective and strategic solution.
Responsibilities
Responsible to collaborate with design team, technology, and architecture teams.
Responsible for the usage of technologies across the existing client products.
Build components and perform integration testing. Design and maintain coding standards to improve user experience.
Responsible for designing and developing solutions for Business.
You will function as a senior developer using Agile Methodology and should have an end to end understanding of business use case., to transform them into an effective and strategic solution.

BE/B Tech/MCA
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred qualifications
- Collaborating with the software engineers and other team members to establish objectives and craft more functional, cohesive codes to improve the user experience.
- Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by supervising industry developments and trends.
- Taking lead on projects and driving the development team.
- Hands on experience and proficiency in full stack SW development (Java, Microservices, Microservices, AWS Cloud, Angular, HTML5, CSS3). Good understanding of data structures and design patterns.
- Experience with implementation of micro services
- Strong experience Java & J2EE application.
- Strong experience in Spring Boot & Microservices
- Solid experience in Restful web services
- Strong understanding of Object Oriented Design (OOD) and Programming (OOP) concepts and Unified Modeling Language (UML)
- Working experience in Scaled Agile environment and understanding of complete SDLC.
Qualifications we seek in you
- Bachelors Degree, or equivalent
- Experience in leading a product development team.
- Software development experience in JAVA/J2EE frameworks.
- Experience working on AWS or any other cloud platform.
Preferred qualifications
- Core Java: Strong expertise in Java SE/Java EE development, with a deep understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns.
- Frameworks: Proficiency with frameworks such as Spring, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA for building enterprise applications.
- Microservices Architecture: Hands-on experience with microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
- Databases: Experience with relational databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or Oracle. Familiarity with NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra) is a plus.
- Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- DevOps: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, version control systems (e.g., Git), and build tools (Maven, Gradle). Understanding of DevOps practices.
- Testing: Proficiency with unit testing frameworks such as JUnit, Mockito, and integration testing.
- Security: Strong understanding of secure coding practices, including authentication, authorization, and data protection.
