Job Description

Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis of capital market trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Deliver comprehensive reports on market confirmations and discrepancies.
• Manage stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment on project goals.
• Mentor junior analysts in understanding capital market dynamics.
• Map out workflows to streamline confirmation processes.
• Work closely with IT teams to implement system enhancements.
• Own the documentation of business requirements for new projects.
• Collaborate with finance teams to ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Develop training materials for team members on capital market procedures.

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in capital markets and confirmation processes.
