Role & responsibilities


  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify target clients and discover new business opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with both prospective and existing clients to enhance engagement and loyalty.
  • Proactively source, qualify, and convert leads into successful business transactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop customized proposals and solutions that align with client needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and market dynamics to identify areas for strategic growth.
  • Drive contract negotiations and close deals to optimize revenue while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns to ensure a positive experience and long-term retention.

Preferred candidate profile


  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated success in consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Recent graduates with strong communication skills and a keen interest in sales are encouraged to apply.
  • 13 years of experience in sales or business development is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Ownership of a bike and laptop is required.
