Job Description
Job Responsibility for Staff Accountant.
Qualification: Bachelors in accounting
Experience: 5-8 Years
Position Type: Contractor
Tenure: 6 months
Details of Job Responsibilities:
- Entering financial data and transactions into the ledger
- Execute timely Daily, Weekly, monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities
- Ensure all journal entries support document are matching with JE balance and reviewed within the closing timeline
- Reviewing financial documents for accuracy and reconciling accounts
- Generating AR Aging, AP Aging and other financial reports.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to resolve billing disputes and ensure timely collections
- Payroll and Headcount Reporting
- Cash Posting on daily Basis.
- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Basic User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for SAP RISE.
- Validate GL-related Balances HANA vs SAP RISE
