Shift: 1.30 to 10.30pm
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our finance
team as an OTC Cash Application Analyst. The ideal candidate will have hands-on
experience in cash application processes, strong reconciliation skills, and a solid
understanding of the end-to-end Order to Cash cycle.
Job Description:
- Accurately apply incoming payments to customer accounts.
- Perform daily reconciliations of bank statements and customer ledgers.
- Investigate and resolve unapplied or misapplied payments.
- Collaborate with collections and customer service teams to resolve payment discrepancies.
- Generate and analyze cash application reports.
- Maintain documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Profile Description:
- Bachelors degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com, M.Com, or related).
- 24 years of relevant experience in cash application or accounts receivable.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Strong understanding of the OTC process.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities
