We are hiring for International Voice, Semi Voice and Chat Process
Work from office:
Work Location:
[24]7.ai Pvt Ltd, NSL SEZ, Survey 1, Plot 6, NSL Arena Internal Rd, IDA Uppal, Habsiguda, Hyderabad, Telangana 500039
Voice Salary Structure: 19k to 27k (Take home after deductions)
Semi-Voice Salary Structure: 15k to 19k (Take home after deductions)
Chat Salary Structure: 12k to 13k (Take home after deductions)
Date of Joining: 28th Aug 2025.
Skills Required:
1. To provide support and resolve issues via call, chat and other electronic communication.
2. Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
3. Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
4. Rendering services to customers and ensuring satisfactory.
5. Multitasking and coordination skills.
6. Excellent judgment skills to be able to properly evaluate situations and immediately provide effective solutions.

Job Details:
1. Rotational US Shifts (Midnight shifts as well)
2. 5 days working; 2 rotational week offs (No fixed off on Saturday and Sunday)
3. Students pursuing studies through regular college are not eligible.
4. Educational certificates are mandatory.
5. Must be flexible to work from office.Qualification: Intermediate/ 10+3 (Diploma) / Graduation
Experience: 0-5 years
Age Criteria: 18yr - 35yr
Interview Process:
1. PIR (Personal Introduction Round)
2. Tool Assessment
3. ACM Round
