Day to day service coordination monitoring RMOs and Consultant management

Monitoring ER services, Radiology services and close coordination with Nursing care

Supervision of Documentation, MRD and Internal & External communication

Liaising with regulatory governmental bodies and officials

Toensureimplementation and monitoring of Quality relted certifications.

Training program related to Quality Assurance, DNB & CMEs

Ward Rounds with different stakeholders to ensure effective delivery of care

Evaluation and monitoring of Outsource services

Coordination with various hospital committees

Effective management of resources and managing operational issues.

Grievance management and handling billingissues

Training and development and applying quality assurance criteria

Process development work flows, implementation & supervision

Liaising between management and consultants
