Key Responsibilities:
Involve in Purchase, Sales & Shipping and logistics operations.
Support & Co-ordinate with Clients, Customers and technical team on various business-related activities, mandatory Trainings and escalate whenever needed, ensuring compliance.
Perform benchmarking, identification, approvals, onboarding, auditing, ongoing operations assist with organizing management, operational and ad hoc meetings.
Service Level Agreement (SLA) performance: continuously measure, manage, and improve supplier actual performance against negotiated SLA. Continuous tracking, KPI reporting, via dashboards.
On-time delivery: Measure, report, and action to improve service and delivery performance and Support supply chain management operation.
